| Out of curiosity, do you by chance remember what your triglyceride levels were? Maybe 20 years ago or so I did a cholesterol test and at the time I was eating fast food most days for lunch and plenty of times for supper, not to mention beer and working 2 jobs, so my triglyceride levels were about 900 and they were supposed to be under 150. After I got married and started eating better I had another test done and they were about 117 if I remember right. I've always had high cholesterol, so did grandpa, but my ldl levels were within range. I should have another test done, it's probably been 10-15 years. | |
