| My husband and I have our nice little 900sq ft house in town. He farms with his father. Eventually the plan is to move out to the farm, but this isn't going to happen for at least 10 years. We have a 3 year old daughter, and another one on the way, due for august. We've got 2 bedrooms upstairs, 1 tiny bathroom and 1 bedroom downstairs. We want to put an addition onto our house. Make it a masterbedroom and expand the current bathroom. What i'm wondering is if we do most of the addition ourselves how much approx is this going to cost us?
It'll be about 300sq feet of addition. I know this is kind of a broad question but any help or advice you could give us would be great!
