I adore bolillos! (that's bo-leeyos) Walmart's bakery has some of the best - I use them for subs, paninis, and any sort of "pastor'" (that's pass-to'r) sandwich with beek or pork or grilled chicken, and also for meatball subs. They are whole grain buns, and you get 8-10 in a bag for about $2.00. This one looks delicious.
