For your considerations.

I decided to actually watch that video, but bailed at 19 minutes when he claimed that carnivores get scurvy. lol

That round faced plant eater can gladly injest my share of seed oils and we will both be happy.

I'm posting this copy of a comment made by someone under the video. It actually contains science.

"The longest human randomized controlled trial comparing saturated fat and seed oil consumption went on for 8 years and was published in 1969. It's called the LA veterans diet administration study. The study showed that the seed oil group got sick with cancer more than the control group, which became more prevalent towards the end of the study. This is to be expected, considering that seed oils are the single most oxidation prone product in our food supply. The study authors specifically pointed out that further exploration of the topic requires even LONGER controlled studies comparing the consumption of the two fats in humans. We haven't gotten any longer controlled studies since. We just have a bunch of short-term, multiple week long controlled studies or large cohort, confounded association studies. The highest form of evidence is a long-term human randomized controlled trial, so I tend to rely on such evidence in my dietary decisions."
