Northern Nebraska | Your body can make saturated fat. How do you think the animal that you currently get saturated fat form got it?

The video said most humans not lacking in calories don't need to eat nearly the carbohydrates we currently consume. Look I tried the carnivore thing. Lost a bunch of weight but always felt weird, just off compared to a varied diet . When my yearly physical came due blood pressure was up and so was my ldl shockingly so. Now I'm back to the weight I was before but my ldl has come back in line thanks most likely to less saturated fat.
If it works for you and your charts don't go crazy do whatever you like. There is a reason I went from listening to John on here to criticizing his posts as of late. Low carb didn't work for me and kind of ruined my health. I wasn't diabetic or anything before or currently so maybe that plays a role for some peoples outcomes. | |
