Unbolt the auger gear and roll it around to a new place. 6 or 8 bolts that run parallel to the auger feed movement. Also helps to never crank on the auger with it full of feed.
Bearings are standard issue IIRC. I’ve put cheap farm store ones in in a pinch. Make sure you shim the auger so the gears mesh properly.
If by the time you get done, you haven’t invented a few ‘new’ vocabulary words, you’re not doing something right…
