I’ve been the next or 3rd guy after a bury the old wire or scrap pile type disposal owner on at least 3 different pieces of dirt. I really, really wish they wouldn’t have done that, it doesn’t all stay buried, or it happens to be in the way of digging for something else. It’s definitely worth hauling to the scrap yard after you deal with a few of someone else’s buried debris piles.
