Up here in Northwest Minnesota we had terrible winds with dry soil. The wind took out a lot of our young sugarbeets that were just coming out of the ground. We decided to replant a few acres. But our John Deere DB 66 planter had some wiring issues and we were struggling to get it going for the replant called John Deere and they said we needed a new wiring harness…. and that’s not a problem but our parts manager said there is not a single wire harness in the United States and in Canada! How on God‘s green earth a company as biggest John Deere not have a single wire harness in the entire country? I’m getting fed up with John Deere. I really want to go back and buy a new monosem!
Anybody else running into these problems with John Deere?
In my experience 19 out of 20 times dealer saying "it needs a new wire harness" means the tech can't actually figure out the problem. |
