NC Ohio | Stay overnight on the island. It is different at night, more relaxed, less tourists. It is nice not to worry about getting back off the island in the same few hours you arrive. Rent bikes and ride the perimeter. Horse drawn tours are pricey, but informative and enjoyable. Walk on the porch of the Grand Hotel or pay to go in and look around. It is interesting and the flowers on the island are impressive, along with the homes. You wont regret your visit. | |
