It was meant as a joke notice the *** I get your talking averages and every year is different. I’m in southern IA where we do have some fairly dramatic swings in yield and soil types. All based on late season moisture. We don’t farm in the land of flat or gently rolling I may have 10-15 different row directions in a field over 100 acres so we jump at the chance anything can be back and forth over 1/4 mile long
