nc ks | We went through the diagnostics on a jd sprayer the other day and it said we needed a boom controller computer. Called deere and they could overnight one to the dealer through machine down. I about fell over. The last controller we needed for a sprayer a few years ago we had to drive 8 hours and had to be there before 8:30 a.m. or they wouldn't sell it to us(partsman screwed up, wasn't supposed to let it out the door. Son showed up as they opened and they weren't happy but sold it to him). Anyway, the boom controller has to programmed by a tech so he brought it down the next morning. He said it is always the wiring and never the controller. He put it on and the booms worked. Lol. | |
