Northeastern Pa. | I needed a simple part and called parts person said 48 are back ordered. I took part with me to the dealer and another parts person said we can get it on a down machine overnight order for $20 shipping on a $15 part or wait for back order. Now that's nuts. If they have one ship it out with a regular order. Deere must be running by AI with no input from someone who has common sense. Do they need the freight money on a part that could fit in a letter envelope? I needed it so I ordered it. Didn't get it overnight but 2 days later. | |
