I think those are a Bosch alternator. Ran into one just the other day.
The old Delco generators used to have a keyed shaft but all alternators I’ve ever worked on had smooth bore pulleys, with the exception of the taper lock on the Bosch. They don’t fit that tight and should not be very hard to remove.
