Few years ago had to adjust right front door on a 97 F250. Pulled the door and ended up willing on the door pillar with a sledge hammer and a 2x4. Got the door hung and adjusted then truck wouldn't start. Tested it to fuel pump not running then no power to pump. Suddenly remembered fuel shut off on Ford and sure enough, it was mounted to the inside of the rf door pillar.
