Subject: Is it possible to plant rye with a JD Radial Bean Meter?

E Central NE
I have a JD 1535 bean planter (drill box with MaxEmerge+ row units) with radial bean meters. I’m wanting to plant an 80 or 160 acres of rye this fall. It doesn’t appear to me that the radial bean meters will work to plant rye, but looking for opinions. If not, would it work to put Kinze brush meters and use a bean or milo plate? TIA
