Problem
The 261 code appears on the screen. What is wrong?

Solution
A 261 code indicates 2 items:
Item 1 HIGH oil temperature
Item 2 LOW oil level
The switches are normally closed until the oil gets hot or the oil leveldrops and then the switch will open and an alert will be triggered. If a brokenwire occurs, an alert will also be triggered. The two switches are wired in Parallel.
Check the following:
Item 1 Oil level
Item 2 Oil temperature
Item 3 Broken wire
Item 4 Replace a switch as needed
Is your oil hot? What does the oil temperature show on the screen? Plunger load control working fine? I've seen them build too much pressure and heat the oil...Other than that, could be a sensor. I'm not a big baler guru by any means, we sell one or two a year, new and used, but I have been around them, and seen that code.
