That's exactly the kind of detailed and specific reply I wanted to hear thank you! Now if only I was more educated and understood everything you said! But I think around here not only the construction companies but also the counties and state want to build the roads as cheaply as possible. A lot of miles of county asphalt getting turned into gravel roads here just because it's cheaper to maintain.
