| Planter sat in the rain for a few days. Was moving it down the road when the faults started. 21xx3 are the faults. its showing faults on all the solenoids. With the ecu is unplugged all of the solenoid wires show 0 volts, Im getting 12v at the 4 power wires using the 2 ground wires. When I plug the ecu in I get 9.5v back all the solenoids. Which is what the monitor shows in diagnostics. Is the ecu bad? | |
