It will be here to stay as long as you have migratory birds flying back and forth. Seems to increase cases when birds are migrating.
Very accurate statement, and as time goes on immunity or at least the ability to deal with will develop and it will become less of an issue, not sure that the current strategy of depopulation of domestic flocks is really sustainable or wise in the long run.
