SW OH
Hot or cut joints in the asphalt is the first thing. The inclusion of fly ash and rejecting the dust from the baghouse. Reducing the amount of RAP that's used. More AC. Every state has their own requirements on how to build a road. Every construction company works to barely meet them and do not want a road to last.

We have done major rebuilds of airport runways. WPAF base 23F, Dayton, Lunken, Cincinnati, and many county airports as well. They have a very different set of requirements for the mix design and the way its put down. An 80,000# truck is light compared to a fully loaded C130 or 777.
