Put a good battery in,pop off distributor cap,ck for spark.Unscrew fuel line at carb,open fuel shut off under the fuel tank, lever will be facing down ,see if it has old gas that runs out.If it does, and has spark,put fresh gas in and give it alittle pull in 2 gear.
