Wisconsin | Not worried about the size of the wire, but the size of the breaker. Sounds like I'd try a new 20A breaker. If the relay in the control box kicks off, then the capacitor is fine, but the capacitor is a prime suspect also.
The amp draw goes down with higher pressure. Highest amp draw is at highest flow, lowest pressure. That shouldn't be an issue if you have a typical deep well with average water level, haven't had major floods recently have you? | |
