SW Montana | Have a 2240 i have been fighting getting my rate consistent and still have not figured it out. Lately it's seems like I can go a little while and then loose pressure down to about 15 psi So I stop and try to manually raise it, switch between 1 and 2 settings, press the pressure up and down and eventually I can get it back up to about 45 psi or so. Most of the time to get the pressure to come i have to press the pressure down switch and that brings it up. So I take off of going again for a while and then it jumps up to about 100 psi and have to stop and do the same thing or just lower my engine speed. I have replaced the raven product node. I already replaced a valve catridge that controls the pump. Screens are clean. I opened up pump and plastic impeller looks good and feels good on pump. Could the impeller could be starting to spin on shaft after it runs a while? | |
