Your 90 would work great all the time.  The 0 wouldn't work without "converting" the lines since JD uses a different north from most everyone else. On short north/south rows you wouldn't notice it but on longer rows (quarter mile plus) they would slowly diverge or converge with each other. 


Some displays can deal with this format change and some software systems can adjust for it too.
