It depends how finely ground it is. Ground coarse for feedlot cattle, probably. Ground for hogs or chickens I’d say probably not.

Finely ground (hog feed, 600-700 microns) dry corn by itself (just corn, no bean meal or ddgs) doesn’t even come out of a feed bin very well and doesn’t come out of a gravity flow wagon at all without assistance.
