East of Broken Bow | Being mostly a one man show, the most efficient row length would be the one that got the combine hopper the fullest, while still allowing me to make a complete round in the field. Currently, I would say about 1/4 of a mile is about the closest round number I come up with. Any longer, and can't make a round in high yielding corn, much shorter and there is wasted space in the hopper when I stop to unload. | |
