If you look up the SMS Tutorials youtube page there will be at least one video that will walk you through the exact steps. 

Once the data is in SMS, make sure it's under the right year and called "planting" or seeding if you did anything with a drill/seeder in lbs/ac. 

Then it's under Device Setup in the Tools menu. The video will walk you through it. Been done this way by many people for years and years
