Subject: Can you use John Deere Ops Center manually

I have loaded our data into Ops Center and been using it for the last two years. We do not have any automation in our tractors, most don't have Gen3 let alone Gen4 monitors. I am looking to be able to utilize Ops Center to better keep track of what is planted where and when it was planted and harvested with the eye towards adding in the automation down the road. I am currently trying to find a way to manually mark fields while planting for when we change seed varieties or when as in last week, getting rained out before completing the field. Is there a way to update the work plan on mobile to track the variety change? or when we start and stop with the # of acres completed? For example the field I am in is 172 acres and we have 3 different corn varieties being planted in that field. I started planting on the 19th, got 50 acres done then on the 20th using the first variety, added another 22 acres on the next variety before the rain ended the planting. Or am I asking too much of the tool without having the Gen4 linkage?
