It reads to me like that study is only looking at a 14 and 28 day interval after getting the shot but doesn't look at any longer term data which could affect all cause mortality. Of course a person has to ask what is the proper time frame too. I wish I was smart enough to read studies like these and see where the weak and strong points are. Like Mark Twain said " there are 3 types of lies, lies, damn lies, and statistics."
