Could be a couple issues.
1) Fuse is bad
2) Plugged into Corner Post plug instead of armrest display plug
3) bad harness on tractor or camera side.
4) incompatible camera Digital feed instead of Analog if early model tractor
Don't know what tractor you have, or what kind of camera, but Fuse or wrong plug is usually the most common.
