I think it is 15 years are older.  I think it was sold under the EZ-Bridge name and sold as configured sets.  There was a DOS based application that allow for configuration which I can not find - which would allow me to log into it to learn more also.

Here are a few more pictures.  I think I will just twist and see what happens.  You see in the one photo of the bridge that I want to replace this unit with.  Will work nice when all in the unifi system.
