Kendall County, IL | I want to replace my KPMII monitor for PP stuff. My Kinze 3200 12 row has PP finger pick ups and I am mostly happy with stands/yields but I know some tweeking through better monitoring would help. I'm seeing used stuff available so that is what I would like to use except for new harnesses if necessary.
1). Used PP monitors pop up on ebay and marketplace. For the price difference, is a Gen 3 monitor a big upgrade over a Gen 2, or a Gen 2 over a Gen 1?
2). Is any of the PP harnessing compatible with newer or older PP stuff? If I found a good Gen 2 monitor could I install a Gen 3 later with the same wiring? Is all PP harnessing required or will it work through the Kinze stuff?
3). Are the wave vision seed sensor/tubes a big upgrade over the factory Kinze units I have?
4). Besides the monitor, smart module, harnessing, and maybe seed sensors, what other parts would I need?
