To me, there is a big diffence between 71 and 79

If your 71 and a G7 or G8 I would get treated, prob with radiation. If you do nothing at that age, and live into your 80s you probably will have to deal with it then, and getting too late for treatment (like Biden)

If I was 79 and G7, thats a tougher call
