My opinion, for what it’s worth, it’s not the water pump. It’s something else, possibly the head gasket.

^^ this ^^or bad radiator cap. maybe but doubtful a hole in upper side of piston liner .. something either building pressure in cooling system or cap releasing pressure incorrectly/ relief hose pinched for radiator cap.
