You got a nice job ,maybe not a bargain.Here you would have been told see you in about a year,,and it will be a minimum of 60$ per hour per man.I guess you could talk of the overage on cost.Here brick work fails often due to weather issues,so seldom used.It looks nice there.If he has a helper he pays dearly for comp. and other tax issues.
