First you castigate the weatherman because he didn't speak slowly and loudly and give you the EXACT AMOUNT OF RAIN.
Then you mow down the guy who suggests you put up a rain guage because you quit that years ago because YOU DONT NEED TO KNOW THE EXACT AMOUNT.
