I have two nephews in their 20’s, one was an engineer (code writer)for Google and the other was an engineer for Amazon. Both were quite high up in their company but were mandated to go back to the office in January but didn’t want to so they took buyouts. One got 6 months, the other like 8 months severance pay. Neither one has a job yet… | |
