I try to encourage guys who get diagnosed to be their own advacte, research ALL the treatments and choose whats right for YOU. just because i or someone you know did one treatment doesnt mean its best for you.
Also its usually slow enough you dont have to make imediate decsicion. Urologists usually recommend surgery. Also talk to oncologist and radiologists
