delete cookies, site data, disable extensions. Make sure firefox is updated and see if still have problem.
I have not used firefox in years.
If you are not sure how to do any the above ask google or your favorite search engine, or seek help.
There could be many reason why this problem is happening, start with easy stuff first.
You could also uninstall firefox and reinstall and try.
Could remove firefox and goto a different browser.

To clear cookies and site data in Firefox, navigate to Privacy & Security settings, find Cookies and Site Data, and click Clear Data to remove stored information.
Detailed Steps:
Open Firefox and access settings:
Click the three horizontal lines (menu button) in the top right corner.
Select "Options" or "Settings" (depending on your Firefox version).
Navigate to Privacy & Security:
Locate and click "Privacy & Security".
Clear cookies and site data:
In the "Cookies and Site Data" section, click "Clear Data".
Choose to delete cookies and/or cache, then click "Clear".
Click "Clear Now" to confirm.

Make sure update latest version.
