Milford, IL | Try ctrl+shift+esc to open Windows Task Manager and check system resource usage when you have multiple tabs open.
Are you running any browser extensions in Firefox?
Are you able to check to see if any unusual processes are running in the Windows Task Manager?
I am typing this reply from a 13 y/o Dell laptop that has two browsers running and a total of ten tabs open, I suspect something is hogging system resources on your machine.
Lastly, Firefox may or may not auto-update depending on your settings/preferences - might check to see if you are running the latest version (Select help, then 'about firefox') | |
