We got a quarter of an inch. Not enough for the moisture to meet. Many days of 100 degrees and 40 mile an hour winds. took more a quarter of an inch in one day of 100 degrees. Now tonight at 9pm down to 38 degrees already hope it don't freeze
how wet is it?
