Is this an articulated tractor by chance? Regardless, is there a bad spot in the cabling between the nav and the autosense that is causing an incorrect voltage to be intermittently returned to the nav? I suppose it is possible to have two failed autosenses but most times cabling is the issue in these problems, not the autosense itself.
