Subject: RE: Hydraulic downforce ROI

Minnesota
I have Delta Force in full scale tillage and absolutely would not want to plant without it. After the field cultivator pass, the top may look perfectly smooth, but there are certainly tracks from the tillage tractor and other places where it is super soft.

I'm in MN where we most years face cold, wet, and highly compactable soils and, in my opinion, the Delta Force is equally beneficial for us to prevent excessive downforce in the soft places in the field.

Every season and situation is different farming.....sometimes you'll have a huge advantage from hyd downforce. Some years it probably doesn't have any advantage vs. springs.
