Thanks, that's what i was thinking, I not out to take advantage of the situation, I just want be treated fair. We farmers seem to the low man on the stick, Especially when land development is concerned. Years ago, I would have said no big deal you don't owe me anything. But now multimillion dollar company taking good farmland, No more mister nice guy at least for them.
