You've got a lot of good info here. Some of it depends on the disc. I had a 22' 490 or so that ridged pretty bad. The wings were too short. The 25' ones were much better. That said. Adjust the turnbuckles, set the disc in as much as you can in the rear. Try to get the outside blade right in the groove from the last pass, etc, etc, etc.
