We have a 490 that was doing that, and it was largely due to the little linkage to the outer wheels getting worn and letting the ends of the wing sag deeper than the main frame. If you stop with the disk down in the ground, look to see if the ends of the wings look like they are a bit deeper than the main frame. If so, adjust the little turnbuckles in the linkage to the end wheels so it is level. This may take some trial and error, but isn't hard to do. Also, look at the pins and linkages while you are at it. Ours had the pins worn about halfway through, replacing them solved half the problem.
