In the past when we have put up hopper bins, it wasn’t a whole lot more money to pour a cement pad than it was to build a solid enough base, buy the skid and anchors. Here, your insurance is also half the price if they are bolted to concrete vs on a skid. I also have friends that poured piers for their hoppers and that works as well.
