northeastern Ohio | Ezee-On was purchased by Buhler in 2011: https://www.buhlerindustries.com/news/buhler-2011-02.php
Buhler was using the Versatile name at that time. They purchased the line from NH in 2000.
Russian company Rostselmash purchased 80% of Buhler in 2007. They then purchased another 16% in 2021.
Rostselmash then sold all shares to Turkish manufacturer Basak Tractor which is owned by ASKO Holding in late 2023. The Russian company was having problems marketing their products after Russia invaded Ukraine.
The question is: what companies ended up with which products? And who will produce the legacy parts (if anyone)? Did Basak get Farm King as well as Versatile? What about all the little companies that Buhler had bought over the years like Ezee-On?
