I’ve been pretty happy for 2 years now with the Precision Furrowforce closing system and have their fertilizer tubes mounted to the first stage(spiked) wheels, ahead of the rubber wheels. It does not get the fertilizer deep, but I feel like it at least covers it to prevent loss. And it requires no extra wear or horsepower, which I’m short on as it is.
