Scranton | Or if EVERYONE would just realize that weather changes over a few miles and most of us suffer through wet or dry spells so no one is unique and no one 200 miles away knows better what the weather has been than the guy with boots on the ground.
EDIT: and if we complain about it or make a comment, we aren't trying to manipulate the market, but rather just vent a bit.
